Even as a girl, I never spent much time daydreaming about the ‘wedding of my dreams;’ in fact, I sort of thought of a wedding as a sort of tollbooth you had to pass through to get to the joy of being married to the man of your dreams.

But thanks in large part to you, Bill, I had the wedding of my dreams! You answered all my questions about is normally expected during a wedding and reception. You listened to all our ideas and gave us your honest and solid judgment about what would work well and what wouldn’t, about where we could be innovative and where it was better to follow tradition. You gave us some very helpful ideas about things we wouldn’t otherwise have thought of. When we made a few decisions that you had recommended against, you went right along and made it work out anyway. You helped me work with the vendors and gave me peace of mind that the contracts were well-written and that I was being fairly charged. You responded promptly to all my emails and reliably met every scheduled appointment and deadline. You provided timely, polite reminders for me during times when I was disorganized and forgetful. You kept in good touch with the vendors and coordinated almost seamlessly with my efforts. Thanks to you, I managed to sneak in a valuable nap on the afternoon before my evening wedding! Then, upon the last minute illness of a family member, you stepped right up and helped us videotape the ceremony, even though we’d had no plans for videotaping until the morning of the wedding!

And everyone enjoyed working with you–not just me. The caterer told me how pleased he was to be able to work with a wedding planner and with you in particular. My sisters told me how helpful and pleasant you were while directing them in decorating the reception site. Several guests at the reception commented to me about how helpful and welcoming you were. My minister told me that she was impressed with how very much you had your priorities in the right place: helping me and my groom relax and have a good time on our special day.

Most gratifying, my new husband was so pleased with your services during the ceremony and reception that as we were leaving our reception, he complimented me on having the foresight and good judgment to hire someone like you–and as you probably know, there is nothing that delights a bride as much as pleasing her new husband!

We would like to sincerely thank you for all of your help with the organization of our wedding. We had so many details and you were instrumental in putting them all together. We weren’t sure what to expect from a wedding coordinator, but from day one, it was obvious you were very well organized and understood exactly what neede to happen and when.
